1. Ephemeral Processing Architecture & Data Security
ID Makers is engineered with a strict ephemeral, zero-permanent-storage architecture designed to protect user identity documents and sensitive credentials:
- Dual Processing Modalities:
- In-Browser Canvas Tools: Tools such as our Passport Studio and 5-in-1 Multi-Card Batch Tool execute directly within your browser's local sandbox memory (HTML5 Canvas & WebAssembly), with zero file transmission.
- Ephemeral Sandboxed Server Processing: For high-precision single-card rasterization (Ayushman, Voter ID, PAN, e-Shram, UDID, etc.), documents are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 HTTPS connections to our secure processing backend. Rendering executes in an isolated environment with restricted security privileges (
-dSAFER -dNONETWORKACCESS) preventing external network requests.
- Cryptographic Session Isolation: Files placed in working directories receive randomized, non-guessable 16-character hexadecimal identifiers, preventing cross-user access or directory traversal.
- Automated Hourly Ephemeral Purge: Uploaded source PDFs and generated print layouts are strictly temporary. An automated server cron task (
cron-cleanup.php) permanently deletes all files older than one hour on a continuous schedule.
2. Information We Do Not Collect

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies
We use Google AdSense to serve relevant advertisements to users of our free tools. To comply strictly with Google AdSense program policies, please note the following:
- Third-Party Vendor Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites across the Internet.
- DoubleClick & Advertising Cookies: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its advertising partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to idmakers.in and/or other websites on the Internet.

- Zero Access to Uploaded Content: Google AdSense and advertising networks have zero access to any files, PDFs, or photos processed within the client-side sandbox of your browser.
4. Log Files & Web Analytics
Like most standard web servers, our hosting infrastructure may record standard, non-personally identifiable log files. This includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, and date/time stamps. This telemetry is aggregated to analyze trends, monitor site uptime, and ensure robust platform security.
5. CCPA & GDPR Compliance Rights
Under global data privacy frameworks (including CCPA, GDPR, and Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act):
- You have the right to know that we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- Because ID Makers operates with an ephemeral, zero-permanent-storage architecture, we do not retain or store your documents, biometric data, or government identity numbers on any server database.
